Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.  Although our fundraising walk was held on Sunday June 10th, YOU can still donate.  PLEASE DONATE. Pickering is a little short of our $5,000 goal and would like to see our thermometer rise. 

We support this cause because our oldest son has been diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome.  It is a genetic condition that affects many (maybe even all) aspects of the person's life.  The constant state of hunger affects mood and behaviour.  The ability to control  various systems of the body is compromised - body temperature, mood, pain senses, sensory input, hormones, sleep patterns.  The list goes on.

Please help by funding the research necessary to find the answers to a full, healthy  and independent life.
