Thank you for visiting my personal campaign page! My daughter Kalan was diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) from birth. Right from day one it has been a up hill battle. First no thrive to live, than un-controllable eating. I didn't know what I was going to do, or how to cope with all the medical trips and than having to give her a needle 6 days a week for the rest of her life. I am helping to raise money for the Foundation for Prader-Willi research. In hope that some day all children with PWS will not suffer the pains of hunger. Also the need for growth hormone in pill form, so the real young children don't have to suffer from needles which they need daily. All proceeds from the One SMALL Step walks go to fund the Prader-Willi Syndrome Research Plan jointly created by FPWR and PWSAUSA.
