My litte cousin was born with Prader-Willi Syndrome in 2010. When this happened I had never even heard of such a thing. My mom did some research and we were heartbroken with what we found. The first time I met Cade I don't think a smile ever left his face. He was having trouble holding himself up but that didn't stop this little flirt from stealing my heart. I sent my phone into overload with the amount of pictures I snapped of his smile!!

Please help me help Cade's mom & dad raise money to further research this issue so they can better the lives of everyone living with this!
