Thank you for visiting my personal campaign page!  Our niece Violet was diagnosed with PWS shortly after birth, and since then, both her and her family have shown us all what it means to have courage.  Now 2 1/2 years old, Violet has undergone many surgeries, endured numerous doctor's appointments (which often include needing to travel to a doctor who can provide the care she needs), she participates in countless therapies, and her journey and battle with PWS is just beginning.  We want to do everything we can to help Violet- and research is CRITICAL in this goal.  PWS is rare, and so funding to learn more about how it can be managed is difficult to obtain.  Please help us make this walk a huge success so we can raise money for research so that Violet- as well as the many others who live with PWS- can feel FULL!    Learn more about PWS and this event at http://www.fpwr.org/.
